France wins its second-ever World Cup, giving Zahir a massive margin of victory, well over 300 points...to put that into perspective, he could've ranked Panama first and shifted every other team down a position, and he still would've won...or looked at another way, he could've ranked France four spots lower at 5 (almost the pool average of 5.57 for France) and he still would've won...so, congratulations to Zahir, and also to Jon Pepper who finishes second, and Victoria Matiash who finishes third...hope to hear from you all in another four years!
